Baciu Gorge is a mixed nature reserve of national interest, located in the immediate vicinity of Cluj-Napoca. With an area of ​​3 ha, it is located in the north of the famous Hoia forest, being crossed by the Lungă and Popești valleys.
The protected area of Baciu Gorge is an area of ​​gorges dug in limestone, of geological, paleontological (fossiliferous deposits), floristic and landscape importance.
